Daniel Burgess is a dynamic and visionary UK-based theatre director and creative, whose work spans across the UK and internationally. A graduate of Middlesex University, where he trained as a director, Daniel developed a deep and diverse understanding of theatrical styles and genres, laying the foundation for a bold and multifaceted career.

With over fourteen years of professional experience, Daniel has brought his unique creative energy to an array of projects, including plays, musicals, circus, and opera—working across both the subsidised and commercial sectors. His directing style is marked by a fearless commitment to storytelling and an eagerness to push artistic boundaries.

In 2014, he founded All-In Productions, driven by a mission to create outstanding theatre in Norfolk while breaking down barriers to access and engagement with the arts. Daniel continues to serve as the company’s Artistic Director, leading with innovation, inclusion, and a relentless passion for theatre that inspires both audiences and collaborators alike.
